REFUNDS

We have had thousands of teachers successfully use the training, tools, and coaching inside The Reading Roadmap to improve their instructional results. Because The Reading Roadmap contains printable and digital resources and not physical items that can be returned, we do not offer refunds of any kind after the 3 day cancellation period. That cancellation period begins on the first day of the course and ends at midnight 3 days later. To request a refund during that time, email [email protected].

OUR SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

This website and the service it provides contain intellectual property owned by Malia Hollowell/Playdough to Plato, LLC. This includes the graphics, text, images, lesson plans and videos. This is provided to you as part of the Service for your INDIVIDUAL CLASS USE only and may not be shared with other people.

You may not resell, share or distribute any of the teaching tools, training videos, or other resources provided in the course.

With Reading Roadmap license, you have lifetime access to the training videos and teaching tools contained in the version of The Reading Roadmap that you purchased. You are granted the license to use these items in your classroom as long as your payment plan subscription is active or your course has been paid in full. Failed or late payment will result in removal of all permissions.

YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AND MEMBERSHIP LOGINS ARE TRACKED.

You may not use any of The Reading Roadmap’s images, photographs, or graphics in the use of your own promotion or advertisement of your own services. Classroom use license is for one email address and one customer per Reading Roadmap license.

The Reading Roadmap stores your name and email address on our servers so that you may access the course content. Your email address will be used to contact you about account status and other actions initiated on www.thereadingroadmap.com but we will never sell your email address or use it for any purposes other than contacting you about Reading Roadmap concerns.

CREDIT CARD INFO

Credit card information is not stored on www.thereadingroadmap.com servers. All credit card orders are processed via our transaction gateway, Stripe or PayPal. All recurring billing is handled via their gateway services.
